Then there’s this. Right along the Trail. This guy is The Omelette Man. Cooking omelettes to order (by the number of eggs). With coffee, juice, bananas, and a charging station. He has only been doing it a year. But, WOW! #AT2017 #NewHampshire #omelette #trailmagic #lunch

Any ideas? Does the fact that this was Vermont help? How about a maple sap collection system? All that Vermont maple syrup had to come from someplace. And from an A.T. blaze tree, too. #AT2017 #vermont #maplesyrup

Guess where I am. Yep. The A.T. On my last shakedown hike (with full pack) before heading to Vermont in a week.
