What I was looking at today at 12 noon, a tiny part of the 360 degree panorama from the top of Max Patch (4616 feet elev.). Picnics, kite flying, and thru hikers. Marvelous place on a day like today. Then hiked another 7.5 miles to a shelter for a daily total of 13. A good day. Total mileage is nowjust over 256. #at2015

No, we were pretty much ignored. If I’d been 2 hours later, tho, I’d have been able to get some “trail magic” pizza..
